Parametric GmbH sells Radar People and Vehicle Counting Business Unit to PMX Systems AG

Strategic move allows faster development and further growth

As of January 1, 2024, the radar people and vehicle counting business unit of Parametric GmbH will be taken over by PMX Systems AG.

This strategic decision is highly advantageous for both units given their different market focuses. It allows Parametric GmbH to fully focus on its growing business with transportation and digital signage solutions.

PMX Systems AG is an independent company and has no connection to Parametric GmbH. All warranty services for TCR and PCR2 products and solutions will be provided by PMX Systems AG for the contractually agreed period
